Packaging
We place a high degree of importance on purchasing top quality, organic raw material
and essential oils for our products. Our gardening practices reflect this same degree of
integrity. Our gardens and products are further enhanced with the energy of
"Universal Light" through the healing modality of Reiki*.
Our essential oil singles, synergies, and beauty care line are packaged in
"Vial-It Glass" whenever possible. Throughout history great cultures have known
of the positive properties of violet glass. Rare creams, oils, and alternative medicines
were preserved in dark violet or golden containers. Through the investigations of Jakob
Lorber (Graz, Austria 1800-1864) it was found that healing substances were not only
empowered, but refined when placed in deep Violet glass.
Violet spectral range, which
represents the highest energy domain, permanently actives and energizes the structure of
the organic molecules of our products and protects them from light degradation and
contamination from other environmental substances. We know that we are offering you, our

Essential Oils

Scents of Balance essential oils are purchased from companies who use GC/MS (Gas
Chromatograph / Mass Spectrometer) to analyze their oils. Studies prove the more pure the
oil, the more effective it is. Essential oils are commonly adulterated by synthetic
"nature identicals", or fractions of cheaper oils. Only GC/MS gives an accurate
reading of the chemical constituents in the essential oils to see if they have been
extended in any way.
Prices and Availability
'Scents
of Balance' has an extensive inventory of essential oils, infused
oils, carrier oil, floral waters, dried herbs and herbal vinegar's that are used
to formulate our products. We offer them to our clients for purchase at
competitive prices. Our gardens are also available for custom growing. If you
have a request for a particular flower or herb, dried, fresh, or infused, contact
us before our growing season begins; (early March). For more information on

Because we are in partnership with Mother Earth to produce our products, prices and
inventory are subject to change at any time. The availability and cost of essential oils,
dried and fresh herbs and flowers, and other raw materials is determined by the time of
year and the success of the seasons’ harvest, along with packaging and shipping
costs.
