These
oils are lovingly produced using fresh organically grown plant material,
the sun, organic extra virgin olive oil and Montana grown safflower
oil. They
are “double” infused. The Calendula is a beautiful golden orange color and has a slight
earthy fragrance from the carrier oils. The Chamomile smells
“heavenly”. I really do not like the “nose” of the chamomile essential
oils, but this infused oil is becoming one of my favorite carrier oils.
Try it in soaps, balms, lotions or massage oils for pain and
inflammation. Both of these oils are calming and healing to the skin. A combination of the calendula and the chamomile would be
wonderful on sensitive babies’ bottoms, for infant massage, or for any
other “hot” skin condition. Can be used full strength, but I prefer
to use in dilutions of 25% to 50%. |

You can place a few drops of flower essence in a glass of water and
drink throughout the day, and drops can also be added to spritzer bottles
and to your bath water. I use flower essences quite regularly when I make
custom formulas for my private clients. They are easy to use and very
effective….and very gentle! |

Following
the growing season here in Montana,
we are busy harvesting, bundling, drying,
stripping and storing the many herbs, both culinary and medicinal, that
were grown here on our little acre +. We are
committed
to only using ecological growing practices, therefore all of the herbs
listed are grown organically. Larger sizes are available upon request. If there are other dried
herbs or infused herbal oils that you are interested in, please let us know
so that we may produce them for you next year!
Shipping
